The Colby College Student Programming Board is proud to present The Fall Concert with NEON TREES!
This event will take place on Saturday, September 21st, 2024.
Colby Family Members under 18 must be accompanied by a 18+ Family Member.
All other guests must present a valid College ID or State ID at the door. All General Public Ticket Holders must be 18+ to attend.
EVENING SCHEDULE
Doors: 7:00 p.m.
Show: 8:00 p.m.
Doors Close: 9:00 p.m.
HOSPITALITY
Food and Drinks will be available at the Concert for purchase. 21+ beverages will require a valid state ID. There will be a Free Water Station.
PARKING
All patrons should park in the Athletic Lot or Roberts Parking Lot off of Mayflower Hill Drive
VENUE RULES AND ATTENDEE RESPONSIBILITIES
All ticket orders are non-refundable.
All attendees must present a College ID or State ID at the door. NO EXCEPTIONS
All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to inspection before entering the event venue. No bag or item larger than 8"x5"x2" will be permitted inside.
The following items are also prohibited: hard-sided coolers, cans, bottles, glass containers of any kind, alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, lighters, vaporizers, paraphernalia, firearms, noise-making devices, sign-poles, knives, box cutters, tools of any kind (including Leathermen), or any item that could be used as a weapon, pepper spray, Mace, any commercial audio/visual equipment and any sign, costume, clothing or item that may be deemed offensive.
Cameras and video cameras are not permitted.
Attendees will NOT be able to store any prohibited items at the venue.
Exiting and re-entering the venue is not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited on all of campus. Vaporizers, e-cigarettes, e-pens and any paraphernalia will be confiscated and discarded.
Any attendee that directly or indirectly interferes with the enjoyment of the show will be promptly ejected from the venue and may be subject to arrest and prosecution by the Waterville PD. Attendees are also reminded that anyone observed with offensive articles included signs, shirts, hats, etc. may be asked to remove/discard them. Failure to comply with such a request will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
All attendees are expected to comply with Colby College's Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the event. Colby College does not condone misbehavior of any kind.
Attendees may be asked to go through metal detectors or pat-downs from local law enforcement.
The College reserves the right to remove anyone from the venue given reasonable justification without option of refund.
Purchasing of a ticket is considered agreement with the above terms and terms listed on the purchased ticket confirmation e-mail.
